Hey Warrior, been on Charles P website lately?

I was on there reading some of his Q and A's last night and I found a 2 day per week workout that he told some guy to do. The idea is the exact same idea I had been using for my workouts before I came down here to the police academy and actually had time to do a real split. Now the exercises I was doing was a little different due to my back problem as well as I used some of my favorite exercises but all in all its close to mine. You think I could be the next Charles P???? LOL, just kidding. By the way here is his workout and then Ill post mine.

Charles P's 2 day per weeker

Looks like a good routine for a hardgainer to add some strength and size. It uses a lot of good heavy freeweight movements...

What does the coach say about it? I tried to find the article with no luck...

The theories in this one look pretty solid too: TRAINING WITH MAXIMAL WEIGHTS - I need to put together something more directed to increase my limit strength then what I have been doing...

What it was, this guy asked Coach P. what a good two day per week workout would be for someone with a busy schedule who wanted to add some good overall size. I think the guy said he was involved in athletics or dancing or some shit. Coach P said that if he could only lift 2 days per that workout would be the one he used.
