i recently read a post that dealt with OVT training. i have printed off that article and considering to use the program. i looked at the program that Chris Thibaudea used. in his fifth and sixth week he used two types of training called ( insider contrast training- Big kahuna) and painful extended. can somebody tell me what this type of training is and how i can go about finding some reading material for it. thanks in advance.
