Ok, my will is weak when it comes to waking up and getting my ass to the gym. Is there a decent energy booster that I can use thats not loaded with carbs?

Ya I got one for you, its black, hot, hardly any calories, as long as you do not add anything to it, and gives a great energy boost, it is called coffee, or you can try green tea, if coffee is not your thing, I am sure everyone else will tell you ECA stack. Sure it gives you a great energy rush, but I am concerned about my heath, I would rather lower my chances of high blood pressure, stroke, and heart attack, besides it gives me the jitters and makes me extra paranoid and jittery, no thanks, man made the ECA stack, God made coffee and green tea, who do you trust?
Here's what I do. I wake each morning, take 6ml of sperosome (OTC fat burner) and a v12 creatine shake. Than usually 2-3 more cups of water and I'm ready to rock.
go to the coffee stand and get some coffee beans to chew on :)

I must agree withthe coffee, I also use Stacker2. But you first off have to be in the right mind set to get yourself up in the morning and out the door.
if yer not into something hot, try that ice cold clear stuff some of us call water...and if you're in the right company, it'll end up all over your face if you still refuse to get up :)
