Hey there,
My wife is now beginning to workout and wants to know what can help, hurt her neck. She gets a stiff neck at times and I do not want to tell her to do any exercises that may make it worse. Do you know of any that can help and others to stay away from?
She also gets pains in her shoulders at times and wants to know if there's any exercises that may help her there. Any suggestions on specific exercise to hurt/help?
