has this happened to anyone?
ok, i am into my 5th week of my 2nd cycle now and in week 2 i was doing my chest routine and on flat bench press i feel a pain in the front part of my right shoulder. this is strange cause it doesnt hurt at all during any other exercises inclucing shoulder exercises. i mean, i couldnt even put up 225 more than 5 times without pretty bad pain so i stopped and went on with my workout. i asked a fellow at the gym and he said he has heard of a few people having something similar and that the nerve just gets a little aggrevated and it just takes time to heal. anyone else experience this? any advise? oh, i do warm up before also and still hurts. thanks all!!!
