MY diet???? wanting to know how to change it up with me work schedule?????
Goal is to lean out shed BF and BEEF up! 5'10" weight 240 and around 20% BF just guessing on that maybe less!!!!
Meal 1 (breakfast)
2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites
1/2 cup veggies
1/2 cup carbs (grits or oatmeal)
MEAL 2: ( befor workouts......witch i cant b/c of work)
7-8 oz chicken, turkey, or fish
1 cup cooked brown rice
salad or 1 cup broccoli
MEAL 3: (immediatley after workout.... agin not happing b/c of work)
protien shake and banana
MEAL 4: ( 30 min to an hour after workout)
7-8 oz checkin, turkey, or fish
1/2 cup cooked rice and 1/2 cup black beans or a whole sweet tater
1 cup of veggies of choice
MEAL 5: ( snake whenever you feel like it)
protein bar and yogurt with fruit
MEAL 6: ( about an hour befor bed)
7-8 oz of steak or chicken
1/2 cup veggies
AGIN im wondering how to witch this up b/c of my work times.... i work from 7 to 3:30 monday through friday with around 30 to an hour for lunch.... please read and let me know how to work it around my times. i usley workout after work or within an hour after getting off work!!!

Just eat ur meals when u can.... Timing and number of meals doesn't matter
Breakfast and lunch are no problem, right?
Then just have a pre-workout meal on ur way home from work.... Then a PWO meal after training and then a meal b4 bed
