Bro your going to make great gains on that Im sure. Its good to see that you have put back and bis on the same days ,chest shoulders and tris ,then deads and squats .Go to total failure and this program will work.Great job keep us posted.

hm, well - not sure if this helps any but i work out my:

    Back
    Traps
    Abs
    on day 1

    Quads
    Delts
    Calves
    on day 2

    Chest
    Hamstrings
    Abs
    on day 3

    Bicepts
    Tricepts
    Calves
    on day 4

then i take 2 days off to recover. its hard doing a training cycle like that - excersize rite after another but its paying off for me. not at where i want to be but looking pretty good.

I am used to lifting at a Golds Gym but ours closed down..(dont know why they just left in the middle of the night...poof) Thanx cdog and I will keep ya posted..Dom..looking good..I used to workout like that but I burned out and started to overtrain..I can tell because I feel tired all the time and my heart rate is quick in the morning. But ya we are all different..anyone else think that this looks good..I'm starting it on Mon. if all goes good!
