Thread: week off?

if i take a week off from traning are my liffts are going to go down? i dont want to take the week off but my sholder has been messing with me and i fealt a lil weak. tell me if its going to beok thanx

I have taken a week off before you wont loose any strength for a week off you might even gain some strength I did gained more on my bench just make sure its not more than a week or you will start loosing strength

It's good to take a week off every few months to give your body a break from all the abuse you put it through. You most likely will come back refreshed and a bit stronger from the long rest. I personally like to take a week off every 3 months.

I had read before taking a break can make you stronger and wondered about it. I'm a gym rat and I would feel horrible if I wasn't in the gym 3 days a week. I get stressed over it. I am high strung and for me it relieves stress.
