I train really hard but mainly isolation workout with lots of rest before I hit that muscle again. I usually hit the gym twice a day for an hour and a half each time, however I only hit one muscle each day IE Monday I do only chest both sessions and completely blow my chest out each time at the gym, tues same with bi and tri, wed -back, thurs- thighs, fri- calfs abs every day and till fail on sat and sat is also negatives on everything Sunday is off and start again mon. Is that a good routine for my first cycle I'm fixing to start in a few weeks?
