abs everyother day
calves every 3 days

Are you on cycle?
If your lifting heavy I would do 2 on 1 off personally. You grow when your not at the gym

Too much volume on wed. Split that up.
This is my favorite:
Day one: Delts, triceps, abs
Day two: Back, traps, rear delts
Day three: REST
Day four: Chest, biceps, abs
Day five: Quads, hams, calves
Day six: REST

Ah, the three day split. You've almost got it. Look at wed and sun.... instead of putting shoulders with back and biceps put them with chest and triceps. Here's why, if you do all your "pushing" (chest, tricep, shoulders) exercises, separated by "legs", then do your "pulling" (back, bicep) muscles. This gives your ENTIRE upper body 48hrs rest.
Also calves should be done more frequently than every 3 days, EoD is perfect in my experience. Remember after 48hrs, your muscles are good to go again
