    Is this normal?

Since I have been back in the Gym. My bench has been going up in increments of 20lbs. I have not been on gear. Yet ! Is this normal or should I take my time with things?? Thank you

have you ever lifted before? if you're coming back from a break that's pretty normal but if you're a beginner then i'd watch out, you'll need to strengthen your tendons while you increase muscle

Thank you for your reply's. I have been in the gym before. I took a 5 month break. It was the first time it had happened to me that's why I asked. I am gaining size and strength like crazy. Thank you guys.
