I know your not supposed to eat or drink anything before but what about all the saliva that builds up during cardio? Should you spit it out or does is not matter? That shit adds up after 30 min.

i usually drink water during my Cardio and i do my Cardio after my work out and then have my Post Work Out meal... but yea, should be safe to drink your own salivia. lol
Now that I think about it make sure you get some water in you esp in an am cardio session your body is a bit dehydrated in the morning and you dont want that. Dont worry water is ok. :lol:

the reason i asked was that i heard all you need to get your metabolism going in the morning is a glass of water and that kind of defeats the purpose of am cardio right?
