    deadlift

    first deadlift in ages, year and a half any how. felt ssssaaaawwweeeeetttt! 225lbs 4 sets 15 cant wait to pull 600 again!!!

    Just don't rush it. I was trying to get back to my 500 deadlift and really messed up my lower back. Starting physical therapy soon...

    I fear the deadlift for this reason..

    Have access to a reverse hyper? Nothing else builds the hams, glutes and lower back faster. DL and SQ max goes up in a hurry.

    Yup, had a nice tear recently deading. Still love the lift but it will be some time before I get back at it.
