How much do you alter your workout while ON
I've started my third cycle and have put some thought into altering my routine as in the past I just continued training the same way I usually train - 4 times a week, 12 sets per muscle group.
How do you guys alter your routine to take advantage of the endurance and faster recovery while on juice...
Should I incrase the volume (more sets per workout) or increase the amount of workouts in a week (each muscle group twice a week instead of just once) or ...

The only thing that changes for me while I'm on is the rest periods in between sets. I usually take shorter rest period in between sets while on.

Me too. Please post if it's a mass cycle or cutting cycle too. I'm currently on a mass cycle and feel like training almost every day but probably shouldn't.

I think 4 days a week and 12 sets per body part is a good gear workout.

I dont change much other then taking away some extra reps or sets that I can get off while on a cycle but intensity should always be the same regardless.
