    Outer thigh development

    Hey Bros. I am getting some good development on the inside portion of my leg and quad, but the lower outside of my thigh is being stubborn. Is there any specific approach to training the outside of the thigh, such as foot positions or stances. Maybe theres something else I could be doing.
