Hitting Inner Tricep?

Anybody have any suggestions for excercises that focus on the inner head of the tricep?

Close grip and skull crushers

I was reading an article on what flex weeler does for he does for his tris and i have been using his shit modified to my own specs...He does all exercises for 15 reps apposed to the normal 10...I do my first 10 like normal same weight and fuckin rip it to the end...

What works for me is using the ez-curl bar for skullcrushers and using the wide grip..sounds opposite but it's kind've like barbell curls for biceps, closegrip for outer bi and wide grip for inner bi...
