    Breakfast after cardio ???

    Ok I've been doing cardio 30-45 min. in the morning about 5 times a week. I get up take my eca stack with a big glass of water and go to the gym at my apt. complex and ride a stationary bike. I read in a magazine that doing cardio 1st thing before you eat can help burn up to 50% more fat than if you eat prior to cardio. Sweat my ass off even though its cold in there and 6 fans are going at all times. My question is when and what should i eat after doing the cardio? Should I wait a certain amount of time after the cardio to eat? Thanks-crombie09

    I would get a protein shake in ya right afterward and about an hour later get a godd breakfast, perphaps some eggs and oats. All depends on what diet plan you're on.

    Well I am about 215lbs now and I'm trying to lose some bf. I go to the gym and lift weights m-f from about 7-9 pm....ish.
