fixed my workout
well after seaching and alternating workouts i finaly ended with this workout:
monday:chest,tris
thu:abs,forarms
wed:back,bic
thu:abs,forarms
friday:shoulders,traps
sat:leg,calfs,abs
so what to do u think about this workout...plz comment

Personally, I would do forearms with back, bic, but thats up to you. Looks ok to me.

I think you should just work your abs and forearms into the end of your workouts like abs with legs and forearms with your back and bies

You need to try and do squats or deads .Is there a reason you are not doing them?If you can do them I would put those in for sure .
