Help
i am coming off a weeks break and its back to the gym i go. I wana start doin a 4 day split can any one give me any ideas on splits? also would going mon,tues,thurs,fri be a bad choice of days? i really dont wana lift on sat or sun but if i must i guess i will.

how bout running a push pull routine

monday=chest/tri/shoulders
tues=legs
thursday or friday=back and biceps
-lotta flexibility in days here, i do
monday=chest/tri/shoulders
wednes=legs
friday=back and biceps
this gives all major muscle groups a day to recover before moving onto the next
-Now..if you wanna work out 4 days a week
monday=chest/shoulders (highly reccomended)
tues=back
wednes=legs
thurs=bis/tris
or...
monday=chest/shoulders
tues=back
thurs=legs
fri=bis/tris

thanks for the help how many exersizes should i per body part flex? i will prob end up doin 4 sets or what ever i do
