    my body fat

    i havent ever measured, but i must have a very high body fat percentage, im around 175 and 5'11", but anyway alot of my fat is very flabby and soft, so what my question is, how to get rid of this? because, alot of times people have a high body fat percentage yet the fat that they have, is pretty firm, maybe they have much greater muscle tone in the stomach, what are your ideas on this?

    Cardio and Ab Work outs. burn the fat off then tone up your stomach area.

    And go to the diet board and search on some diets.
    Ill be the first to recommend a 40 30 30 although you have the choice in many others.

    do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach if possible, if it isnt possible then do it after you work out... not before

    stick to the cardio strictly and don't forget to work your lower back also, only wokring the abs will lead to your midsection being out of balance and you'll get back pains
