Workout Frequency on Gear as opposed to Off
Hey bros,
I just started my first cycle a couple weeks ago and as the stuff kicks in I'm wondering if it's a good idea to decrease the number of days off.
For example, I normally hit each bodypart once a week, four days a week, taking Tues, Thurs, & Sundays off. Seems like to take best advantage of being so anabolic, shouldn't I just drop the off days til my cycle is over?
I've already almost doubled my time spent on each workout from 45 minutes to about 90 (though i'd love to go longer).
I'd really appreciate getting some feedback.
