Workout Frequency on Gear as opposed to Off
Hey bros,
I just started my first cycle a couple weeks ago and as the stuff kicks in I'm wondering if it's a good idea to decrease the number of days off.
For example, I normally hit each bodypart once a week, four days a week, taking Tues, Thurs, & Sundays off. Seems like to take best advantage of being so anabolic , shouldn't I just drop the off days til my cycle is over?
I've already almost doubled my time spent on each workout from 45 minutes to about 90 (though i'd love to go longer).
I'd really appreciate getting some feedback.
Thanks, bros!

Keep workout length and time off the same.

Thanks Raptor.
Any other opinions? I've always kept heavy workouts at 45 min max to prevent overtraining but now I'd like to at least bump those times up to an hour to take advantage of the gear.
Anybody else think it's a bad idea?
I'd also like to hit a few bodyparts twice a week -like forearms and upper chest. Maybe deadlifits 2x/wk as well for lower back.
Another bad idea?
Thanks, bros!

For large muscles, they should at least have 3 days rest inbetween and the smaller muscles (biceps, triceps, ect.) should have 2 days....
