Currently workout at home doing strong lifts 5x5 also throwing in dips and pull ups getting good results lifts going up every session.
Question is I maybe switch things around in the coming months and I,m looking for routines to run with the equipment I have which is power rack,bench,barbell about 200kg oly weights also have cross trainer punch bag looking to buy oly dumbbells and smaller plates for them maybe some other bars but trying to get them on the cheap (typical Scotsman) lol. So if anybody has any good routines that would work with what I have the moment it would be much appreciated thanks in advance
