    New chest/tri workout...plz critique

Okay, many of you told me I was over working my chest and tris....so I switched to a 1 day a week chest/tri workout that looks like this.....

    3 sets benchpress (225 X 7, 235 X5, 245 X 3)

    3 sets dips (10 reps)

3 sets butterflies (10 reps, weight where the last 2 reps are a real challenge)

3 sets tricep pulldowns (8 reps)

    2 sets incline (8 reps)

Any better guys??? Please let me know!

For triceps I like weighted dips and close grip bench. But change it up often to keep your w/o fresh and challenging.

I think you need to do more pressing....This is my workout, it changes week to week

1-flat bench press (db's or barbell)
2-Incline bench (db's or barbell) or Decline, I read on a post here that decline hits the major pec muscle the best.
    3-Cables
    4-Flies

My workouts change alot but that is a good example day. Sometimes I do incline, flat and decline if I feel like he-man that day
