1 major muscle group 1 x a week....
A few months ago I switched to 1 muscle group per day and it working well so far...here is my routine....what do you guys think? Anyone do something similar? I am doing 4 sets of 8 reps and 3 exercises for small muscles and 4 exercises for large muscles...
Monday- Legs/Tris
Tuesday- Bis
Wednesday- Shoulders
Thursday-Back
Friday- Chest
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- Rest

If its working keep at it. One way does not suit everyone. Just progressively overload. N make sure you go to negative failure as well as positive failure. I do 4 "working sets" for whichever muscle n limit now to two exercises for each muscle. But as I say. If its not broken. Don't fix it. N when u wanna give up on reps.
Do three more ;-)
