Whats everyone like to listen to when they lift? I just bought a new set of headphones recently and I constantly am blaring tool, pantera, staind, korn, and some westside connection haha

I like to listen to anything heavy and fast like Static-X, Mudvayne, Disturbed, Machine Head, Fear Factory, Stereomud, ect. I just have to have music that I like a lot and that gets me angry

Yeah agreed, also Village people, Abba, justin Timberlake, oh and of course Brittany. If I feel like a bit of old skool pap, Marky Mark and the funky Bunch seems ta do it for me
Weeel.....actually Nirvana, Alice in Chains definately, lets not forget Nine inch Nails, if they dont get you mean then nothing will!! Some of the Nu Metal stuff aswell like Deftones does the job.

Don't forget Tom Jones, Ingelbert Humperdink, a bit of Mel Tormez and you can't go wrong with Yanni. Just for safe measure make sure you also got K-Mart "Muzak" too.

I think I'll go shoot myself now

Old Metallica (Jump in the Fire, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets) and some Mega Death. However when going for a really big lift.......Van Halen's Mean Street. I try to time my lift to comenate with the part where he says "I've come to take what's mine". I think it gives me a little edge.

When I'm not listening to the Titanic soundtrack to get me fired up , I ususally go with some kind of techno. It keeps me in a zone, I pretty much ignore everything else going on around me except my focus on my workout.
