Hi guys, really curious about something. Have been really getting into it for about a year now and really reading up on every aspect of it. My question is, on the "anabolic workouts" section, paragraph #4, it suggests that you only work each muscle group very intensily every
7 - 8 days. Is this what everyone is doing? I'm told that during a good cycle the better recovery time allows you to lift more often. What are the freaks doing? Thanks for any suggestions.
