once a week workout...confused???
Hi guys, really curious about something. Have been really getting into it for about a year now and really reading up on every aspect of it. My question is, on the "anabolic workouts" section, paragraph #4, it suggests that you only work each muscle group very intensily every
7 - 8 days. Is this what everyone is doing? I'm told that during a good cycle the better recovery time allows you to lift more often. What are the freaks doing? Thanks for any suggestions.

give the muscles a weeks rest, on and off cycle.

Yep, I train specific groups no more than once per 5-7 days.
Your muscles need around a week to recover after a hard workout. You see and feel the difference when you do that, you come back stronger with more endurance when you hit the same group a week later.

Yes while on gear you recover more quickly. I used to work each muscle group twice a week while on AS and only once a week when off. Well I tried only once a week while on AS and had better results and have stayed this way since.
