critique a noobs workout routine
A.
Mon-Chest, Shoulders, Tris
Tues-Legs, Lower Back
Weds-off
Thurs-Back, Bis
Fri-off
Sat-Repeat
B.
Mon-Chest, Shoulders, Tris
Tues-Legs, Lower Back
Weds-Back, Bis
Thurs-Off
Fri-Off
Sat-Repeat
Stats: 23 195lbs 5 11". I will do abs and cardio on days off. My goal is to come up with a routine that allows 4-5 days of recovery for each muscle group. I would appreciate any input you guys may have. Thanks

week b needs work, it is not a good idea to do 3 major muscle groups back to back to back unless you're taking something
i'd stick with week a
