All lifting questions answered
All of your lifting questions can be answered in Arnold's book, The encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding. It is an excellent book with all details covered from lifts to diets. Check it out at the local library,cuz it goes for about $60.

Don't stop with just one person's advice. Stay thirsty and read from many different authors to develop a greater overall picture on this huge subject...

Warrior is right look for information from all sources then come up with what works best for you. Both of Arnold's encyclopedia books are great.

yea its like 30 at a bookstore near me. I got musclemag's encyclopedia of bodybuilding too another great one to get

Arnold is a great bodybuilder, but personally i think he is a frickin idiot.
