    need to build upper chest.....?

    my problem is my upper chest. my pecs overall are good sized but my upper chest and front delts are lagging pretty bad. it seems like the more i lift....the more my lower pecs grow but my upper stays the same....... i was thinking of just doing only incline for a month or so to see if that helps even things up a bit. anyone have any suggestions? some exercises aimed at primarily increasing upper chest size???

    Inclines and more Inclines, also lots of military press on shoulder days. Make sure you are getting enough rest to. I found that training chest only once a week made a huge difference for me.

    I also love to warm up chest/shoulder/arms by doing one good set of decline pushups off a couple of stairs with pushup bars. That will hit the upper chest to.
