    Swimming??????

I'm not on any kind of AS right now. I'm pretty much just doing 30-45 min of cardio trying to drop some BF, rip up a lil bit before I hit the AS. Well I was thinking about adding some swimming to my excersises and I was just wondering if that would really help drop some extra BF???? I mean, you never see any fat swimmers and I did hear that it is a good source for cardio......just wanted to check with you guys first......Any info would help!! Thanks Bro's!!!!

absolutely.....swimming is excellent cardio because of whole body constant resistance...I can wear my self out in half the time!

Low carbs work wonders too....I agree with dom..!!

yes swim laps it helps if you have a set workout of what your swimming go with a challenging workout that will have you dead tired by the end. Swimming is always a tough exercise after not doing it for a while. good luck
