Workout routine and frequency
Got a question for everybody. If you had a work schedule of 10am to 7pm, Mon thru Fri weekends off, on a low stress job, how would you work out? Morning or evening training? 5 days a week @ a bodypart a day? etc. During lunch is not an option. I know it's an individual preference but just getting some of you guys thoughts on it.

Depends on your experience. I prefer morning workouts as I can lift heavier for some reason. If you're a beginner its generally recommended you do full body workouts 3x a week to utilize a beginners ability to rapidly recover and also to make use of linear progression with your strength gains (adding weight every time, generally 10 pounds lower body and 5 pounds upper body until you plateau). If you're experienced already then a 5 day split would probably be better. Check out The Starting Strength Novice/Beginner Programs - Starting Strength Wiki for a beginner program and Directlyfitness.com | P.H.A.T. Training: A Look At Layne Norton’s Workout System for a 5 day split. Also depends on your goals too.

I would recommend morning workout because you keep your body metabolism high all day and will burn more fat.

Mornings.
Work out each muscle group 2x per week is best.
You can design routine however you like, everyone's body is different.
All programs work if done with dedication and intensity.

Don't over think it, go when it suits you best, as a beginner 3x full body a week with cardio thrown in preferably on off days

I'd personally go with morning training one bodypart per week.

Mornings. I am much more attentive and awake throughout the day if I get my morning lift in.

Going all the way back to in the day with cybergenics it was key to do morning workouts. Testosterone is high and your bad acids are at their lowest in the joints.
I am 42 and working each body part 2x M-F. I am so pooped on Friday I have to sleep 12 hours on Fri Sat and Sunday to feel ok enough to start again on Monday. My cardio is a bit extreme so that might have a lot to do with it. Swimming each day M-F 3-4 hours.

Morning workouts will give you a boost through your work day and you're more likely to skip if you chose after work.
