this week im about to start a new work out. it would consist of me doing chest super setted with bi's on monday chest would get 4 sets 4 exsersizes bi's would get 3 sets 4 exersizes. wensday i would do back super setted with tri's back would get 4 exersizes with 4 sets and tri's would get 4 exersizes with 3 sets. friday would be shoulders super setted with legs both would get 4 sets and 4 exersizes. what do you guys think of this workout? would i b able to put mass on with all this super setting or should i do one after another? im open to any ideas. and is working ur back with your chest a good idea or should u not work 2 big body parts togeather
