i train my biceps nd triceps on same day..twice a week...but there r no signs of any improvement....triceps r very weak.......i do single arm ext, french press, pulley pushdowns...the ticeps and biceps get pumped up to a gr8 extent but the size is not increasing..........i'm a diabetic taking insulin............help me out buddies
