Ok guys, once again, i have a good diet, i eat 6-7 meals a day and 250 g of carbs and 180 g of protein a day. I work my chest 4-7 sets 8-10 repetitions on monday, an triceps 6-7 sets of 8-10 reps on monday but i need help on how to get them BIGGER, like i said i am almost 16 and liftin like hell but no results on biceps an chest. I take creatine but i dunno if its helpin. Oh, i work biceps and back on tuesday too, but guys i need help w/ the biceps an chest PLEASE HELP ME!!!
