what is the best programs to have a CUTS
hi there! i just want to konw the right programs or things to do to achieve a good CUTS, coz i'm already have a mass, so what i want now is to have a CUTS! what kind food and diet program should i take?

Cardio, diet, the right supps, proper rest. Post your diet and lets see where we can improve on it.

Also medium weight (45-50% your max, as opposed to 70-80% your max) and high number of sets and reps. i.e.- 5-7 sets of 12-15 reps per body part with as little rest between the sets as possible BUT do not over exert (sp?) yourself or so that you don't sacrifice the strict form of the exercise.
