i ve been taking sust 250 and primo. i have gained about 5 pounds of muscle but am hoping for more. im in my 5 week already.......any help from the more experienced ones would help.......the sust and primo are russian.......thanx

never done sustanon, but i know tahtu dont start seeing maximum gainsfrom test (cyp, or enanthate) until wks 4 or 5.

sust will also take about the 4th week, but are you eating alot???? what's your protein, calorie, carb intake like???
yes i am def eating alot....i have a fast metabolism to begin with.....eating 3 meals a day with three weight gainer shakes a day, the shakes including creatine....i am on my 5th week and i may be seeing changes now but too soon to tell....?/????
