Need Help with workout- no fat loss
I'm need some major help. I've been on a strict diet, watching my calories, carbs, protein and fat intake. I'm lifting three days a week, cardio three days a week and on top of that I teach cardio kickboxing classes 4 days a week. SInce I started this program, four weeks ago, I haven't lost a pound and only 1/2% of body fat. What am I doing wrong? ANy suggestions. PLEASE HELP. I'm 5'6', female, 140, 24% body fat and I want to gain lean muscle, lose body fat and a little weight. I'm so frustrated.
