    Which is better?

Is it better to focus on form, than it is on the amount of weight. Last night when I lifted I decided that I would concentrate fully on form and contraction, rather than using a big ass a mount of weight. I feel more sore, and felt a lot better when I lifted. Like when I usually weight I use for lat pulls, I rock and don't fully touch my chest. I went down aout 50 lbs. and touched my chest and held and work the lats a lot better. Which is better? amount of weight or form?

Form is more important. You just end up getting hurt when you move up in weight and sacrifice proper form. Also may not be hitting the muscle the right way because you end up cheating. I personally don't move up in weight until I can move the weight ten times with perfect form. So far, no more injuries.

Ok I may get some shit for this but IMO it depends on your goals.

Me personaly I'm a powerlifter so the more muscle groups I could involve in an exercise the better.
If you're concerned with size I'd say the same thing.

However I don't mean you should use bad form either. I use what I'd like to think of as responsible cheating.

If you're worried about specific detail then by all means use the best form possible.
