workout pain
I'm currently halfway thru a cycle including deca and have gotten stronger and I dont feel any soreness in the muscles anymore. Only one problem, my wrists seem to be sore. Kinda like a numb pain sometimes. Do I need a few days off? My workouts include 4 sets of 6 mass building excersises. Am I training to much/hard?

That is a decision you have to make yourself. None of us know your body the way you do. If I get a hurt shoulder of something then I will ussally take a couple days off from working that muscle and it is fine when I go back to it.
