20 min of all out cardio or 45min at a slower pace?

I am going to try to cut for the next 6-8 weeks and I am wondering what do you guys and ladies feel would be the best way. Should I do 20 min in the morning and just bust my ass or do 45 min and just take it at an easy pace?

it depends if you are using AS or not....

the androgens in anabolic steroids attach to certain receptor sites. those same receptor site are also used by the catabolic hormone cortisol. when the body is saturated with anabolics cortisol has little or no effect.

it has been proven iin a lot of studies i have read that HIIT cardio, or high intensity w\ short duration is optimal.

    one study here...

I walk for 3.5 miles at 5:00am, 5 days a week whether bulking or cutting.
Throw in a 1.5 mile session at night a few times a wk

hey murph... i have read a few studies that mention the first 5g is grabbed by the digestive system. therefore, l-glutamine should be used in 10g doses

i will try to find a study to back this up

From my experience I like to vary my cardio sessions. One week I may do interval for 50 minutes where 20 minutes are intense(heart rate around 170) and the rest moderate (heart rate around 140-150). Other times I do 50 minutes of cardio at a 140 heart rate pace. This has worked really well for me. Btw, most of the time my cardio sessions are done after a workout. On sat and sun they are done as soon as I wake up
