    6 plate front squats! How is this even possible?

    And I thought I was strong for squatting 4 plates. How do people get this strong. Do you think the guy is on the gear?

    The world record clean and jerk is 579 lbs so a 585 front squat is very doable. Actually Derek Kendall did a front squat with 825. Video is on YouTube.

    could be a lot of things . good training and diet , someones genetics / how much gear someones on

    by 6 plates i assumed 6 plates on each side.. haha was a bit tired the other day
