Programming with Mark Bell's Sling Shot
Have any of you guys had experience using or programming with Mark Bell's Sling Shot? I have been using it for about a month and typically use it to work with heavier weights and get some good triceps work in

I have several of Mark's slingshots in different weights. I typically use them to overload or simulate a bench shirt. There are so many ways to incorporate the slingshot. Overload after speed work is my primary usage. Sometimes I'll try something different such as a slingshot with bands and chains.
Don't be afraid of experimenting. Try different reps, hand spacing and combinations with other equipment. Ease into it because you can overload very easily with a slingshot.
Titan also makes a simular device called the Ram. It comes in single and double ply. I've used the Ram for dips with an extra 250 pounds on a dip belt. Talk about a tricep workout.......

I like the dip idea. I hadn't considered that. Thanks for the suggestions.
