Working out with a cold?
Probably stupid question, but do you or would you lift weights if you got a cold? runny rose. Would lifting weights prolong the cold since the body needs rest?Or would it strengthen the immune system to fight it off?

It's okay, I googled it and says not recommended as body needs rest.

It's left up to you. I definitely wouldn't train if I had a fever. I've trained with a cold and there have been times where it got better after working out and times it got worse. Nowadays I tend to go with resting instead of go in if I feel bad.

Had a sore ear the last 2 days and i tried deadlifting last night and nearly went arse over tit. So i will just take the rest of the week of till she heals. Just keep your food intake up and a few days rest will do you good.
