question about pushing hard in the gym and how to stay focused
Hi everyone, i had a question regarding people staring and looking at you rather than them focusing on their workouts. I notice when im going hard in the gym, sweating, pushing theres always some people looking and even though i try to ignore i have this anxiety that im always being watched. Am i the only one ? has anyone have a similar experience and what do you do to stay focused?

Focus on the weights and you will not even notice whats going on around you.

Don't worry about people watching, it is human nature. Do your workout well and they will keep watching...take it as a compliment, I do...

Just do your thing and don't worry wat other people are doing. They may just want to see how you are doing a certain exercise who knows.

Maybe they're not used to seeing people train hard. Maybe they're trying to see what or how you do a movement and maybe learn from it. Just do your thing and don't worry about. Sometimes if I see someone watching me train just for fun I'll go ask them to spot me.
