    Left chest is much bigger than right chest

    I am a right hand writer so of couse right hand has more power. I find that my left chest is much bigger than right after pec training. how can i solve it make them balance?

    Ahh that's oddly true in most people from what I read.

    Me being one of them.

    Dominant side stronger,but non-dominant side bigger.

    Add 5 extra lbs to weaker side of bar on bench press
