Change exercise ???????
Is it important to change the exercises after a few month, like every 3 month you should change the exercises... no more bench.. change it to something else......................... Or should i just stick to the exercise that feels the best, i like most, gives me best pump etc....... ??????????????

I always switch up moves every 3-4 weeks. My muscles get used to moves and that seems to halt progress. There are some moves that are constants...squat, deadlift, incline db press and lat pulldown. If i don't feel like switchin up moves, i'll switch up my pattern...go from high to low reps or supersets to compounds...something to shock the muscle.

definitly change up your routine....but dont take important exercises out of your program. just re-arrange them.....do em on different days and such.
