    lower chest...??

    hey guys been dieting down quite a bit, went from 232 to 205lbs in bout 2 months, but my chest from the bottom still looks flabby, fat , kinda like a breast, thats the only thing that looks horrible on my body, everything else is great, is there any excercise(s) that i can do to get this area built properly or cut down... my upper and outer chest are perfect, just lower part of my chest is saggy, any help much appreiciated!!

    Hey, congratulations on loosing all that fat. There was a thread named "Lower Chest .... need help.. ", that was posted just a few days ago. I'm sure if you take a look at it you will find the advice you need or questions answered about your lower chest problem.

    Personally, I do dips and decline dumbell press for my lower chest.

    I do decline press as well but ONLY with the hammer strength machine, I find that the decline bench is way to hard on my shoulders and it also makes me feel like my head is going to explode laying on the decline bench...lol.
    bring the bar to the nipple while doing flat bench will hit the lowwer chest as well, dips are another good one.

    You could also try cable crosses using the lower pulley.

    You probably have loose skin and you can't get rid of it. You can build muscle to put in it's place though. Work on building muscle.
