    Angry Chest Workout

I have been working out on a regular basis for years and no matter what my chest is always sore up to three days after i work it out. No other body parts get this way. Could anyone tell me why and how to stop it.

brotha ur suffering from DOMS (delayed onset muscle sorness), its normal. you just have experienced small tears in your muscle fibers.
studies have been done and insisted that these tears usually occur during the ecentric phase of the lift. this is just apart of lifting dont worry brotha, its nothing serious

Sounds like overtraining. What's your routine?

I workout one bodypart a day with 7 days rest before training it again. My current chest workout is Bench Press or Dumbell Flyes, Incline Press or Incline Dumbells, Decline Press or weighted dips. I try to vary it. I do 3 sets of each until failure.

Try cutting it back to 1-2 sets per exercise and see if that helps. And stretch between sets.

I'm pretty sure he means supplements. Try some glutamine, its helped me a lot , I use it as often as I can afford it. It's basic function is to speed up your recovery and boost your immune system.

you can try extra vitamin E and C....... those will help...... and maybe even take some glucosamine/chondroitin.....that is one supplement that will help connective tissue and the joints aswell..... (knees/elbows).
